Organisations are made up of teams. Some are virtual teams, some are project teams, some are leadership teams. We understand that the skills and practices of great teamship and teaming are crucial to delivering the very best outcomes for organisations – however they are measured.

In the UK, fully qualified and accredited executive team coaches are very few and far between. And we have several!

Catalyst: A High-Performance Team Programme

The Verosa Catalyst Programme is our highly popular, team development programme that empowers teams to perform to their highest ability and to develop a shared, cultural mindset. Catalyst combines organisational and relationship systems coaching systems with an outcomes-focused, project management methodology.


The programme works best with teams who have significant objectives to deliver and with leaders who are seeking to build a team capable of delivering with limited hands-on input from them.


The programme has been specifically designed to build a high performing team as quickly as possible and achieves this by addressing the key issues we know to make the most difference.


It is important to note that whilst the Catalyst process and the structure of the programme will comprise standard exercises and outputs, every team is different and we tailor our approach to the needs of the team.

3 Arrows

Catalyst’s interactive team development approach ensures we avoid the trap of delivering great training but no real change.

Each stage comprises, in-room team workshops with the coach, usually delivered off-site with an overnight stay to encourage rapport building and deeper relationship development. The programme can also be run online for teams working in remote and hybrid settings. In this case, a modular programme of half day sessions can be delivered, with team assignments running throughout.

Both the online version and the in-person programme take around six months to complete.

  • Obtain strategic clarity on why the team exists and what it must deliver, and the structure, tools and working practices to sustain that clarity over time
