development journeys, and to learn the critical skills needed in active learning and reflective practice.


The workshop is designed for anyone who would like to understand more about their development path and the proactive part they can play in their ongoing journey of growth.


Learning Outcomes:


  • Understand what is meant by self-development, its value and the part it plays in everyone’s professional lives, regardless of career ambition.
  • Learn how and where most development happens and the fallacies that surround development in the workplace.
  • Complete a visioning exercise to help set development goals in the short and longer term.
  • Discover your ‘what and how’ baseline and take a strengths assessment to understand more about your superpowers and trip hazards.
  • Understand how to adopt a growth mindset and how it can support a continuous learning practice.
  • Learn techniques for reflective practice and active learning and create a personal strategy for growth.

Time Management, Prioritisation an Planning

The truth is that the single most valuable commodity in today’s business world is time. And it doesn’t matter how senior you are, or how all-encompassing your role is, nobody gets any more time than anyone else. We can’t manage time,

we can only manage what we do with it.


In this course, participants have the opportunity to take a forensic look at how that use their time and to learn some of the most powerful tools to optimise that use. From Eisenhower to James Clear, we consider all the best and latest thinking on planning and prioritisation and support participants as they create individual strategies to tackle the to-do list.


Learning Outcomes:



  • Understand our mindset when it comes to time and explore how you currently plan and prioritise your activity.
  • Discover how to evaluate tasks according to their value and urgency and create strategies to manage tasks appropriately.
  • Learn an effective goal setting framework that helps us take account of how we use our time.
  • Explore personal time bandits and the psychological drivers behind procrastination and the ‘it has to be me’ mindset.
  • Learn new ways to track, plan and prioritise time using time-saving techniques and tools.
  • Create rituals, structure and operating rhythms in the day to day that support optimised use of time time management and prioritisation.

Resilience and Wellbeing

Bounce is our interactive resilience and wellbeing course aimed at individuals and teams looking for practical tools and techniques to support wellbeing, build resilience and improve performance.


In this workshop we explore strategies, tools and techniques that participants can build into their own daily habits – and share with their teams – to support, sustain and further develop resilience.


Designed by our wellbeing experts, the workshop combines a mix of interactive, practical and reflective styles, based around a series of well-structured exercises to apply to the participants’ own situations. Delegates will have space for discussing and connecting with the other attendees about how to navigate their working context with a focus on mental, emotional, physical and social wellbeing and on optimal performance.

  • Understand the connection between personal resilience and optimal performance and the compelling reasons why resilience in today’s workplace is a key skill.
  • Connect with others’ professional challenges and discover solutions for working well remotely or in a hybrid setting.
  • Discover the signs of cognitive overload and the place of value-led prioritisation.
  • Practise a resilience tool to show up intentionally, even under pressure and uncertainty.
  • Identify and explore personal risk areas and stress triggers and learn the techniques for managing them.
  • Learn more about the three key elements of resilience and discover practical ways of increasing personal and professional resilience.

The Workplace Empowerment Workshop

Thrive is a unique and groundbreaking programme that delivers powerful and thought-provoking content to build agency, optimise performance and strengthen wellbeing. Our programme enables individuals to develop a greater sense of ownership, accountability, and personal empowerment, which will infuse both their personal and professional lives.


Delegates have the opportunity to consider their own sense of self, their

self-awareness levels and their ability to self-regulate. We will explore thinking patterns and belief systems and learn how to develop a powerful mindset.
