Kimberley Johnston

Kimberley is known for her infectious enthusiasm, positivity, and her ability to quickly build rapport with people. She has a thirst for knowledge and is constantly learning new leadership methods, coaching techniques and brings that knowledge to her coaching sessions.


Kimberley is passionate about helping people achieve their full potential and recognise their blind-spots while reconnecting with their values to find their true passions and purpose and use those findings to be better leaders and ultimately create culture change in their organisations.


Kimberley brings to her coaching practice her knowledge and experience from over 20-years professional working experience spanning the U.S. government, U.S. politics, the private practice legal sector in D.C. and London and her decade-long career at Lloyds Banking Group.


To share her passion for developing others she created and hosts a podcast “The Undiscovered You” which focuses on helping people who feel like they have more to offer unlock their full potential.


In addition to a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Juris Doctor (U.S. Law degree), Kimberley has an ILM 7 and a Masters-Level Certification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, is a Hogan, EQ-I and MBTI qualified practitioner, a Mental Health First Aider, has a Level 3 qualification in Neurodiversity and is working towards an ILM 7 qualification in Team and Board coaching. She has achieved Professional Senior Practitioner level accreditation from the EMCC.


When not working Kimberley enjoys singing, photography, writing, travelling and running (mostly after her two kids or her dog).
