Kate Copeland

Kate has worked in Experiential Learning since 2001 and works globally as a Facilitator and Business Actor, delivering to all levels of management. She is also a qualified and accredited Executive Coach. She is a passionate and active advocate for Representation and Inclusion across all sectors and has additional qualifications in Neuro-linguistic Programming and numerous Psychometric and Behavioural Profiling Tools.

As a classically trained actor, Kate has worked for the Royal Shakespeare Company, many of the UK’s leading theatres and is often seen on the BBC. This means she can bring a crisp reality to workplace simulations and crucial conversation practice. She also has very practical insights and tips to share with clients working on their Personal Impact, Presence and Presentation Skills.

When not working, Kate can usually be found walking up a mountain in Scotland or wishing she was doing so!
