Paul Austin

Paul has had over 30 years’ experience of the International corporate workplace, sharing his time between Sports, Broadcasting, Satellite Telecommunications and Engineering. He has worked for organisations such as the BBC, France Telecom, Telenor of Norway and Canal +. Working in senior sales, marketing and business development, Paul has always placed the highest importance in supporting both his clients and those he works with to make the most of their opportunities and resources.

Paul is highly sought after and respected, caring and thoughtful executive coach, focused on creating space for people to explore what is going on for them and the problems they are facing. As a result of their work with Paul, his clients have developed clearer, more positive and successful futures for themselves.

Paul works with executives of all ages and experience and sees as the common factor a curiosity for his clients to explore their direction of travel, to creating insights into their “blind spots” and how they are developing both as individuals and with teams at work.

Paul trained under the ethics and oversight of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and is an EQA accredited Coach Practitioner. He sets the highest standards for himself and those he coaches, emphasizing the development of a safe coaching space, confidentiality and an opportunity for his clients to explore their deepest thinking, challenges and concerns.

Outside work, Paul is a keen golfer, cyclist, bridge player and teacher, and wine buff.
