Annette Cairns

Annette has had a career spanning Sales, Sales Leadership, and Training Consultancy with extensive experience of people development working with first line-managers up to Exec teams. Having worked in training consultancy she decided to see what it was like on the other side and joined Ramsay Healthcare as and O.D. Manager in 2011.

After moving on from Ramsay Health Care in 2020, Annette now specialises in Leadership and Management Development and Leadership Coaching, supporting businesses and individuals across a vast range of sectors to be more effective. She offers a variety of tools (such as Insights Discovery®, MBTI, Service Animals®), bespoke workshops, personal and group coaching and consultancy services which include:

• High Performing Team workshops
• Workplace Behaviour workshops

Annette has a Masters in Strategic Human Resource Management, a Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and is an NLP Master Practitioner and Coach.
