We are passionate about the ability of the individual to overcome the obstacles that stand in the way of becoming your very best, most confident and highest performing self.

Verosa’s consultants, Beth and Angela have studied the Neuro-Science of Confidence and both bring a range of techniques to this area of challenge.

Angela has trained in mindful coaching techniques and works to support her clients as they become grounded in the moment.

Beth’s background and experience as a classically trained singer has led her to develop the regulated diaphragmatic breathing techniques, which together with her PoISE method, she uses to help empower her clients who face challenges in this area.
