CASE STUDY:

CEO of Education Sector NGO

I began my coaching programme with Beth after a colleague recommended her. I had had some one to one input in the past, but never a full coaching package.

My role involves interaction at a senior level in Whitehall and at times I need to assert myself and flex my style to get my voice heard and leverage influence.

Beth and I quickly developed a rapport that meant the coaching could be personal and could take me outside my comfort zone where necessary and by agreement. The remote Zoom/videoconferencing options are time-efficient and convenient.

With Beth, I have worked through a targeted, goal focussed series of sessions. Each session is hugely enlightening, offering practical strategies to help me become more effective. The sessions have become an important part of my schedule and it is easy to allocate time to the coaching because I can see how they make me more efficient and effective.

My one-to-one sessions have been more valuable than I ever imagined, uncovering very useful insights and helping me to identify and focus on priority areas.

I particularly enjoyed using live, work place challenges to explore behaviours and patterns and to develop ways of being more conscious of the impact I have on those around me.

The coaching has had a significant impact on my performance at work – in particular in managing different personalities and competing agendas and in negotiating win-wins for stakeholders

I can wholly recommend Verosa for a flexible, bespoke, non-judgmental and reliable coaching experience.
