Background 

An ex- lawyer with a decade of work in experiential learning. Sarika is an in- demand executive coach, workshop facilitator & instructional designer. She has worked with organisations such as A&O Shearman, Mastercard & Nestle from C-suite executives to senior managers to start up founders across a range of sectors.  Sarika has travelled extensively delivering workshops for global organisations across the Middle East, Asia and USA. 

Sarika is passionate about bringing a healthy balance between intellect and emotion in the leaders she works with.  Her studies in psychotherapy have helped shaped this focus.  In her work, Sarika draws on a wide range of theories from positive intelligence to Internal family systems, trauma therapy, yoga teacher training and other embodiment practises.

Sarika is a thoughtful coach who harnesses emotion alongside intellect as a way of shaking the habitual and supporting behaviour change.  She believes strongly that all clients already hold the answers they seek.  Her role is to support them in locating these answers within and to generate self-accountability in order to make these changes.  Whilst Sarika brings her warmth and care to the table, she is known for being able to spark new thinking that allows clients to join dots and move forward.
