Polly Noyce

Polly is Verosa’s Operations Manager. She comes to us with a diverse career including operations, training delivery and communications. 

Polly’s experiences have included 8 years in the British Army and time in the energy sector, as well as a short stint as a baker and a kid’s coach. She coordinates the logistical and operational delivery of our programmes, working closely with clients, our expert associates and the COO to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish.



Outside of work she is a keen aerialist and is quite often found climbing silks. She loves the outdoors and hosts adventure trips for women with Gutsy Girls; paddleboarding, cross country skiing and kayaking.
