Karl Stewart brings over two decades of expertise in Human
Resources and executive coaching, helping leaders and teams
unlock their full potential. As an ICF ACC credentialed coach
and Certified Positive Intelligence Executive Coach, Karl
specialises in cultivating authentic leadership and fostering
effective teamwork within organisations. His coaching is
guided by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) ethics
standards, and his approach integrates Shirzad Chamine’s
Positive Intelligence framework to enhance performance,
wellbeing, and relationships.
Karl’s educational background includes a Master’s in Organisational Psychology from Columbia University, a Master’s in Theatre from Brooklyn College, and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Colgate University. His diverse academic foundation enriches his ability to connect with individuals and teams in meaningful ways.
With experience leading global HR teams at WarnerMedia and Paramount, as well as shaping the People Function in entrepreneurial organisations, Karl understands the nuances of team dynamics and the importance of intentional employee experiences. He excels at coaching leaders to build authentic people practices that enhance collaboration and drive results.
