Karin is a leadership development expert, executive coach, trainer, and facilitator with over 25 years’ experience.
From early career professionals to the C-suite, Karin has worked with people in over 100 organisations from around the world and across a wide range of industries, including technology, professional services, law, media and entertainment, oil and gas, not for profit, consumer goods, and start-ups.
Karin has a great passion for exploring and understanding life from different perspectives. She has travelled to all seven continents, worked across many different cultures and lived in Germany, the UK, and the US.
Her expertise comes from her professional and personal experience paired with extensive training, and a style that emphasises approachability, personal integrity, and a good dose of pragmatism.
Born and raised in Germany, Karin has been living in London, UK for over 20 years and now has dual citizenship. She holds a master’s degree in business from Göttingen University (Germany). She is a Professional Certified Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation, a lecturer in Leadership and Management at the European College of Business and Management, and plays a key role as a board director at the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability. She regularly serves as a judge for the 'Best Mentor' category at prestigious industry awards.
She holds various certifications and qualifications, including Certified Integral Development Coach™ (New Ventures West), Accredited Strengths Profile Practitioner, LINC Personality Profiler Trainer & Coach, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate (University of Southern Florida).
