With a background in industrial engineering, Giovanna has held various roles in multinational corporations, giving her valuable insights into the potential hurdles and hidden driving forces that can arise in volatile and uncertain organisational contexts. She earned her master’s degree in clinical psychology for organisations with distinction from INSEAD and holds professional coaching certifications from the International Coaches Federation and the Co-active Training Institute.

Additionally, she possesses several assessment practitioner accreditations, including the Leadership Circle 360-feedback, the Hogan assessment, Scrum Agile coaching, and DISC.

Originally from Italy, Giovanna now resides in Amsterdam with her family, having previously lived in the UK, US, and various locations throughout Europe. She is fluent in English, Italian, and French, enabling her to connect with clients from different cultural backgrounds.
